Open the App
Open Rydap and sign up or log in. Allow location access or enter your pickup location manually.
Enter Your Journey
Set your pickup location and destination. Check the addresses and map before continuing.
Choose Your Vehicle
Select a vehicle from the options available for your journey.
Review the Fare
Check the estimated fare and available payment methods before requesting your ride. Your final fare may vary with the actual journey and applicable charges.
Request Your Ride
Confirm your request and wait for an available driver to accept. If no drivers are available, wait a few minutes and try again.

Before Boarding
Check the driver and vehicle details shown in your booking. After your trip, share your rating and feedback through the app.
